These Terms and Conditions govern purchases from ShopZinoo via shopzinoo.com or by quotation. By ordering you agree to them.
1. Who we are

2. Products and descriptions
We aim to describe products accurately. Images are illustrative; accessories shown may be optional.
Colours, finishes and dimensions can vary slightly by batch or manufacturer. Check product pages and your space before ordering.
Specifications should be checked against your needs and any local rules before purchase.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes (such as HST/GST) are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise.
We may refuse or cancel an order listed at an obvious pricing error.
Title to goods passes when we receive cleared payment and the goods are dispatched. Risk passes on delivery to you or your nominated recipient.
4. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. Acceptance occurs when we confirm and/or dispatch the goods.
We may cancel if stock is unavailable, payment fails, or fraud is suspected, and will refund any amount already taken for that order.
5. Delivery
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and Delivery Areas page. Standard residential delivery applies unless otherwise agreed.
6. Cancellations, returns and exchanges
Governed by our Order Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy, and Refund and Exchange Policy.
7. Installation and assembly
Unless purchased as a separate service, installation, assembly, electrics, plumbing and site preparation are your responsibility.
Use suitably qualified tradespeople where required. We are not liable for loss arising from incorrect installation by third parties.
8. Warranties
Manufacturer warranties apply as stated for each product where available.
Statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods under Canadian and Ontario consumer protection law remain unaffected.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence where such rules apply.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.
10. Acceptable use of the website
You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Courts in Toronto, Ontario have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
